About the course

This MSc aims to develop graduates who can contribute to organisational change and development initiatives or activities in developing and transitional economies. It will equip you with the skills to contribute positively to organisationally based initiatives through effective diagnosis, planning, management and implementation of organisational change and development interventions

“I became interested in how organisational changes can be best achieved and conducted because of many organisations moving from office to remote work due to the pandemic. Being able to discuss the topic of organisational change with others as interested in it and getting to share our experience has been the highlight of my course so far.
